I went to the supermarket and scored a almost 10 pound Pork Butt I rubbed it with Dizzy Pigs Swamp Venom,Pineapple head and Dizzy Dust as we speak it's in the Fridge chilling ,relaxing getting ready for tonights festivaties .Photos to follow !!

@grege345 I'v done it both ways with and without the cuts on the skin I like it with the cuts I feel it lets the rub penetrate the meat and you wind up with little bite size peaces of pork shin to nibble on2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIANLong Island N.Y.
