Pork lettuce wrap sauce advice wanted

I'm doing pulled pork tomorrow but I want to switch things up and go more Asian and do lettuce wraps. Thinking of some rice and thinly julienned veggies to go in the wraps but I'm wondering about an Asian inspired sauce for the pork as well as a sauce to add to the wraps. I have a soy/hoisin sauce recipe for on the pork but is there anything else you'd suggest?
Any advice would be appreciated.

How about VI's Kalbi recipe? Probably too much sugar but think the flavor would be interesting on a lettuce wrap.Greensboro, NC

I did pulled pork egg rolls for my wife and her friends with a home made chipotle mayo and they were awesome but as I am getting increasingly fat, I thought lettuce would be a lighter option.Mt Elgin Ontario - just a Large. -

Korean BBQ marinade is a staple in our house. International isle or any grocery store.

Good idea for leftover pulled pork.......I usually make pork tacos with my leftovers.
I used leftover BBQ pork (loin) kabobs for lettuce wraps last time, but I bet that pork butt would be even better. I mixed some soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, and chili oil.

I made one very similar to the Vietnamese sauce above and another for mixing with the pork using hoisin, soy, fish sauce, ginger juice, garlic, onion, plum sauce garlic chili paste and sesame oil. It's good but salty so I'm gonna use it sparingly.Mt Elgin Ontario - just a Large.
