Last night, in the theme of being healthy, we cooked up some salmon and veggies. Simple but good.
Dusted with some Ragin River, some rosemary and some parsley
Veggies kabobs on fire wire had ragin river and some Salt Lick rub and marinated in Italian dressing
Here I am sporting my new Chef coat.
Everything getting happy on the egg
All plated up with some parmesan couscous. Ok....maybe the Knob Creek wasn't healthy, but I had a long day and it was deserved.

Very nice. I have one of those fire wires and I have never used it. I need to trade it for some labomba or something. Very nice cook and great jacket! Chef's coat and flip-flops, way to go! :side: :P :woohoo:
Food looks great too!
Bourbon is fresh corn on the cob, bottled! :P :cheer: -
Looks like a great dinner Griff. You look sporty in that jacket too!
I haven't tried Knob Creek yet. Have you tried the Elijah Craig 18? IMHO It's worth a look if you like it on the rocks.Large and Small BGE * www.quelfood.com -
Nice...love the firewires

That's an awfully expensive small batch bourbon to water down with coke! Somewhere a Kentuckian is crying. I follow this rule:
- Less than or equal to $35 per handle, mix with coke.
- Greater than or equal to $35 per handle, two rock solid ice cubes and a nice heavy glass. -
Hey Jason
Great healthy meal,
I gotta put more like this on the menu now :(
Very cool jacket

That all looks tasty, just think of the Knob Creek as inexpensive therapy.Randy

How on earth did this two-year old thread get unearthed!@Griffin - I just picked up some firewires recently, do you literally rotate (spin) the pieces to cook evenly?canuckland
