My 1st brisket is going on tonight! Any suggestions on good sides out there? Or is it the typical beans and slaw? Would kind of like to cook something with it, while the meat is resting the cooler...

I like pickles and onions if making a sandwich. Typically, I make Rudy's creamed corn and baked beans with some chopped brisket in it.
