Marinated overnight in a 50:50 mixture of Oyster and Hoisin Sauce...with cayenne pepper added to taste. In the Mini, indirect, legs up, 350 dome...about one hour. Flipped them for ten minutes half way through...then flipped them back. The back sides were almost black...but still very tasty. Finished off my lunch with homemade Banana Wheat Bread ala mode.imageimageimageimageimageimage
