I've had this on my lanai (covered screened in deck) for a long time. But, before I had it...it was my Grandfather's. I believe this dates back to the 50s. Funny thing is it is accurate (took air temp using my Fluke right next to it and its within .5degrees. Pretty friggin good for 60 some yrs old. That should say something about the quality of the dome thermometer on BGE (& they really take a $hi+lo@d of abuse when you think about it). Just thought it was kinda cool.
