No egging today...

Making Rubens later with the corned beef/pastrami I made yesterday.

In the mean time, just playing around in the kitchen and trying to make these

Ohhh... Never seen those before. Sounds good. So you're trying to make your own frosting to put between two cookies?

OK, I'm curious, what are "these"? Are you going to deep fry those Oreos?

    LOL...

Try to do something nice and it bites you in the ass. My wife just gave me a ration of s@$t for making these... Look, it's a dreary Sunday, we don't eat stuff like this very often... Whatever. Caught hell for making 9 of them...

Here's the pictures.... Enjoy your Sundays everyone.

Regular pancake batter... Next, if there is one, I am thinking about adding some rum to the batter :)

Just told my big guy about this. He asked for them tonight. Told him to go ask his mom to get some Oreos, as I ....can't.... Haven't heard the results of that...

@hapster‌...oh ya! Those will hit the spot! I used to deep fry Oreos quite a bit when helping with concessions stand for our Son when he was in High School. We used the funnelcake batter. Man we would sell them in bundles of 4 for like $2 and 10 for $4. Those things were like crack and it kept em coming back for more. One night we had to make a run to Wal-Mart and Sams Club (we literally bought everything they had on the shelves and still sold out). We would always freeze them first then drop in the batter and then fryer.
