Decided on these tonight since it was something easy we could do on the Mini BGE in the driveway. We are currently in the process of redoing our patio, so the backyard was off limits. The drums were only 2 bucks for all 5. Can't beat that.

@Mickey, I like doing these indirect because of the marinade. It's a pretty thick marinade and it adheres well to the chicken. It tends to crisp up around the edges while grilling it indirect, which tastes really nice. I would imagine grilling them direct would cause them to drip more, losing some of the marinade. The marinade taste so good on it's own that I'd be afraid the drippings directly on the coals would give them a different flavor too. I usually do this recipe with chicken wings, but it worked well with these drums tonight as well.
