Just came across an article on Food52 with 13 cooks for your CI skillet. I know many of you are always looking for cook ideas for the CI, so here ya go.

So does the chicken under a brick. 
Even the one tofu dish looks pretty good (though that can't be... can it?). Also, steak, breads, some great looking egg dishes and more.

Thanks for the link. Dutch baby and CI are a marriage made in heaven. I have not had pressed chicken in years. Use to go to Ma Glockner' s in Bellingham for that cook. Actually the sweet rolls were the reason, the chicken added bonus.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

LOL, I first thought Joan meant Bellingham WA!! Looks like you can still get Ma Glockner's chicken recipe at a place in Woonsocket. Looks like they even have the rolls.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
