Eggers: Haven't been able to post much the past seven months, but have been going through a total remodel of our home. Wife needed a bigger closet and the whole house practically came down! The good news is, I got my outdoor kitchen done at the same time. Had a different contractor for the outside. Decided not to build in the Large Egg or the Stainless Storage Grill. Later expansion may be built in. Installed old barn style lights, two ceiling fans, infrared heater, fridge, etc. Was fun to watch the build process. Walk-through this week with contractors. Will start posting cooks soon!
