For Valentines I plan on making the above dinner for my wife, although she doesn't know it yet. I can cook steaks but I haven't a clue how to cook lobster. I also haven't made the BGE recipe for chocolate lava cakes. I could really use help on how to prep and cook lobster. I could also use a hand or suggestions y'all cal offer on timing. What should go on first, second, etc. thanks.

I keep it pretty simple for lobster tails. Cut through the clear membrane. Direct, meat side down at 400 for 5 minutes, flip to shell side down, add butter and whatever seasoning to the meat side and cook for 5 more minutes or so until opaque. Don't overcook. If you don't want them to curl, insert a metal or wood skewer through the meat.
Depending on the thickness of the steaks, if doing direct, you can probably do both at the same time. No experience with Lava Cake, but looking forward to the result.

I made the lava cake last night and it turned out great. We made 5 larger cakes instead of the 10 8oz cakes the recipe calls for. I cooked them about 16min on top of the plate setter at 450.

What's the recipe for this lava cake? I could make some major points with my wife for that one.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Yes, that is the recipe I made. It was a big hit with my family.
