i did a test run of my own method yesterday, primarily to get a lot of pictures of the gravy making operation, which i'm working with the naked whiz to update the web page, more pics and better step-by-step on how to make gravy. . ..[p]when i pulled my turkey out of the roasting pan, i placed it in my new lawn ranger pan. ...looks really nice. .. [p][p]the turkey and gravy came out great too. ..keep an eye out for the new, updated and enhanced, mad max turkey. . .. coming soon to to a bge website near you [p]

I have one of those pans with the handles, I love it so much, even when I am not cooking, I sit with it in my laps.

Oh man, this is my favorite time of year for this very reason.[p]I'm anxiously awaiting the new method...and am hoping that it includes some labeled signs and not the announcement that Marks-A-Lot permanent ink is the new secret ingredient...lol
