Birthday Chicken

Cooking for around 30 people today our family is coming over to celebrate my baby boys first birthday! So I decided to do chicken thighs, drum sticks and a few breasts. I brined the chicken all night in a sugar salt and rub solution. I also added a little apple cider vinegar. Pulled them out this morning and put some Johnny trigg chicken rub on them. Cooking plate setter legs up between 300-350. Cooking to an internal temp of 180. Already pulled the drums off and have them in the warmer. More pictures to come! I have had success before with this method but suggestions are welcome.
