First Baby Backs

Been doing spares since I got the egg several months ago.  Last night was my first attempt at Baby Backs.  Turned out well!  BBQ porn attached.  Couple observations:  1.  They were VERY meaty, so it seems cook time with these and spares were more or less the same.  2.  I can't tell a huge difference in taste between the two.
