Be a hero to all Mini-owners. Cook that in the Mini )Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
23.5# brined for 18 hours, mad max rub, stuffed with herbs and veggies, sitting over a pan of wine, herbs and veggies, went on the LBGE about 45 minutes ago. Should be full of deliciousness. The other one is seasoned and spatched to go on around 12:30.

Rubbed with Mickey's Love Rub, spatched, and draped over a pan of veggies, herbs, and stock with some DP Tsunami Spin. Whole heads of garlic roasting in the foil packets.

I normally do an adobo marinade, but not this time. Maybe for x-mas.
