    This has got to be the easiest cook ever. Wood is all you add.

    Easy is good. I'm  a big fan of ham around the holidays I might make one soon just to have leftovers.

    No not un-cured. At first used pecan and cherry. Now sweet maple and cherry.

    You didn't cut deep on the spiral-cut ham, it look like. I't already cut.

    It just did???? No scoring on the spiral.
