We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. What y'all cooking tonight?

I got some baby backs (1st time for me) and a 6lb Boston butt. Plan on picking up some sausage to go with it. Dizzy's Red Eye on the ribs and Dizzy Dust course grind on the butt. Gonna put the ribs and butt on @ 250 with peach for smoke in about an hour. When the ribs finish I will bump temp and finish the butt turbo style.
