Cluck & Oink
Wife wanted some chicken to take for lunch this week for salads so I though why not spatchcock a bird. She also wants to make ham and bean soup in the next day or two so might as well smoke up a ham as well.
Chicken coated with cluck and squeal. Ham was naked and kissed with a little maple smoke
Setup in the large at 250 for a couple hours til chicken was 165 and ham 145.

Ham close up, it was amazing
Chicken close up, skin was over crispy which was fine as I don't eat it anyway.
Can't wait for the soup...............

BGEXL_Nick Thanks, Yes that is foil around the temp probes. It helps protect them from soot buildup and makes it eaiser to clean.
