Cooked some NY strips for the first time on my Egg. Cooked on 350 until a bit more than rare took off stoked it up to 600 and put back on for about 90 seconds on each side, very pleased.. I seasoned them with the Dizzy Cosmic Cow, all but one because of one daughter likes her steaks plain.Thoughts or comments?

Nice medium rare, I like it. The reverse sear is my favorite way to cook a strip steak, fillet, rib roast, or tri tip. Good job and keep on eggin'!
