Just got my first BGE and his new table... went XL..
First pizza was awesome... Somoked salmon and capers
Also cook a little BBR rack... This is the way I cook my tender fall from the bone BBR:
Yellow mustard and home made rub... let them rest at least 2 hr or even better overnigth
Wrap in foil... Cook them indirect, Meat side up 2 hr at 200 c.
Unwrap them and cook about 30 more minutes...

Is the small hole for the mini micro egg? I heard you can cook one slider on it, but it only costs 250 bucks. Also heard ceramic grill works makes an adjustable rig so you can cook one slider and a moink!!!Cleveland, Ohio
