Back In The Saddle - Chicken and avocado
I haven't been able to cook much lately, but we had family in town this weekend and I cooked a couple of dishes that we enjoyed previously. Did grilled avocados and Peruvian chicken with green sauce. For the chicken, cooked indirect at 400 until internal temperature hit 140 and then finished up raised direct; I really like the results with this method.
