    Oh dear lawd that looks fantastic @MrCookingNurse if it tasted half as good as it looks you had a winner.  Nicely done.

  • This was very very good. Everyone satisfied. Obviously a few things I could tweak and will. But a rock solid recipe.

    Looks great. Is that a rigid rolling mat or a roll-up one? What brand. Where'd ya get? I bought one that rolls up but I'm not ecstatic with it.

    I have the BGE deep dish stone also and haven't used it yet.
    Do you just put the dough into the dish or parchment paper into the dish and then the dough?

    Thanks for the help.

    It's a roll up silicone pampered chef. It's awesome. If you wet the bottom a little it'll stick really hard to the counter top.

  • @TUTTLE871

    You just put the crust in the pan. The recipe calls for you to rub it with evoo before you stretch it over.

    I did the exact recipe steps except I added another pound of sausage 8-}

    Snow White: [to the Seven Dwarfs] If you let me stay, I'll keep house for you. I'll wash and sew and sweep and cook...

    Dwarfs: COOK?

    Doc: Uh, can you make dapple lumplings? Er, lumple dapplings?

    GrumpySleepy: Apple dumplings.

    Doc: Yes, crapple dumpkins.

    Snow White: Yes, and plum pudding and gooseberry pie...

    Dwarfs: Gooseberry pie? Hooray! She stays!
