Bacon wrapped tenderloin ?

Just had some  bacon wrapped pork tenderloin medallions dusted with raging river but the bacon wasn't quite crisp enough before the pork tenderloin was cooked.Any tips on how to get crispy bacon without overcooking the pork? I cooked mine at 375 indirect for about 45min.

Maybe prosciutto would cook faster or maybe pre cook the bacon first???
Hows ya gettin' on, me ol cock

You could pre-cook the bacon for a minute or so in the microwave.

Great questions.  Try some super thin bacon.  I don't like precooking, because the fat thickens and makes it hard to wrap/tie the bacon around the tenderloin.

I find cooking direct works very well. 400/425 raised. Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

get the center cut bacon with more meat, get the thin sliced and stretch it by hand before wrapping, jump the heat to 425

Yes. Gotta stretch it by hand. Good tip @fishlessman.
