Bacon wrapped tenderloin ?
Just had some bacon wrapped pork tenderloin medallions dusted with raging river but the bacon wasn't quite crisp enough before the pork tenderloin was cooked.Any tips on how to get crispy bacon without overcooking the pork? I cooked mine at 375 indirect for about 45min.
Maybe prosciutto would cook faster or maybe pre cook the bacon first???
