Pork Chops with Sugar-roasted peaches, Fennel, and Spicy Cheddar Grits

Just a great summer dish.  Adapted the recipe for the Egg w/ cast-iron skillet from Fine Cooking.  The peaches are initially done direct with the bacon at 375 or so.  Other than that followed the recipe very closely.  Did the remaining steps at 450, indirect.  The spicy cheddar grits aren't shown, we were too hungry.  But they 100% tie everything together, savory and sweet.  Had to share...been meaning too as I read these boards often.
