We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Thin crust pizza

Got some store bought dough (Winco) let is rise for 3 hrs in an oiled glass bowl with a wet towel on top, I then divided it in 2 to make thin crust. Topped with sauce, whole milk mozzarella and pepperoni. My set up on the Egg was plate setter legs down, spider legs up, pizza stone on top of spider. First time I used this method and it worked great. Cooked around 450 for 8 minutes. Turned out great, the whole milk mozzarella makes a difference (grated myself).
