Rolled Beef Rump Roast

Options
Smoking at 225 degrees with oak and charcoalstore.com lump. Haven't done this cook in a while. Rubbed with EVOO and Montreal seasoning. One thing I noticed is that the charcoalstore.com lump didn't produce the nasty white smoke when I started the cook. It burned very clean right away. If I recall, it's imported from Argentina or something. Should be done in about 4 hrs. I'll let you know how it comes out.
