Okay, so it's still in the very early stages. I'm getting my LBGE in a couple of weeks so I went to the lumber yard today and bought some African Mahogany to use for making my table. They're doing the 2-sided planing for me... the rest will be up to me.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

If you had told me back on April 20th that it would be the end of July before I finally finished my table I would have said "No way!" I am happy to say that it is now finished and was used for the first time last night. Not that not having a table has kept me from egging. I've probably cooked dinner on the egg every night, except for 5 or 6, since getting my LBGE at the beginning of May.I was pleased with the way that the table turned out. Still need to put some hooks on for hanging utensils and, of course, a bottle opener. What I am most pleased with, however, is the custom-made Texas State Flag umbrella that Mrs. TOTN made for me. I scoured the internet for just such an umbrella but was unsuccessful in finding one. Luckily for me, Mrs. TOTN agreed to make one for me and, she did a fantastic job! Not sure how I ever got lucky enough to have such a wonderful wife!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti.
