You can't beat it: Stuffed tenderloin with desert too (pics)

Rubbed pork tenderloin stuffed with green peppers, red peppers, onions, creme cheese, and pepper jack cheese. For desert, peaches with apple sauce, brown sugar and butter. Indirect @ 350 to 160 internal on the loins. Peaches baked until 170 internal. Lip Smacking Good. :) imageimage
