This one was a little on the small side...only about 8 lbs

I checked it at 6:45am and my temp had fallen a little lower than I wanted, so I've bumped it back up a little. It looks like it may have a few more hours to go. How about you?

@5 the egg was at 225* and the butt was 158* I have bumped the egg to 350* to push on thru the stall.Meat is at 181* right now. I need to have it FTC'n by about 10:30 to go to the MIL's about an hour away.
