First Grill
Just got my table built and the L BGE set up yesterday and attempted my first cook. I am amazed how precise I can control temperature to bake (mac-n-cheese), grill (steaks) and roast (corn). I love it.....

My table is made of Tiger Maple with Cedar legs. The finish is Cabot Aussy Oil in Flaming Mahogany with three coats of Teak Oil over that. I got the wood very cheaply from a local mill, otherwise I would have used something less expensive. I'm pleased with how it turned out. The "hot plate" bottom is 16x16 Travertine tile.
Thanks for all the positive feedback. Iwas really pleased how well everything turned out and it's the best tasting grilling I think I've ever done.Is this thing on? I see smoke......... -

No, not motocross although I was in CCS Roadracing series years ago but it does have to do with motorcycling. Being a Program Manager for a Rider's Edge learn to ride program, an MSF Rider Coach, a track day instructor and a BMV Tester I was being called "motorcycle boss" it evolved into MotoBoss. Thanks for you comments.......
