First Butt on the Egg (with Pics!)

How did I spend most of my Tuesday? By rocking my first Boston Butt on the LBGE.
Picked up a butt at Whole Foods, just a small one to do a test-run for a larger cook for an upcoming party.
Smoked it with some hickory chips at 250-275, pulled it after about 7 hours for two more hours of FTC.
It was pretty awesome, I have to say. Wife had much happiness.
