I finally tried some of these rollups. Nice really Nice.[p]I filleted the breasts before I smashed them. Then, put a nice even coat of Tsunami Spin on each side and into a zip bag to accept the TS flavor for 3-4 hours. Filled with baby swiss and Virginia ham, wrapped with center cut bacon.[p]Only problem, I either didn't put enough cheese in or it all melted out when I cooked them.[p]350, raised, direct, 55 minutes turning 3-4 times to get the bacon cooked evenly. I even spun the grate 180 degrees once.[p]Served with Tarragon Vinegar/oil, ramen noodle, toasted almond sliver cole slaw. And some UP (pronounced yoo-pee) potatoes (Halved and baked skin up) with bacon, cheese, sour cream, and green onions.[p]E[p]P9180043.jpg
