Frog Legs

Last night after I bandaged myself up from nesting the egg I cooked up a batch of frog legs that were to die for. Kept it simple just added a light sprinkle of Tsunami Spin and cooked the similar to wings, 250 degrees for about an hour, they turned out very tasty. Didn't last long enough to get pictures of ,but I intend on making up another batch very soon.

I agree frog legs are good! Did you gig them yourself? We buy pond raised ones from a meat jobber who travels IL and MO.
