Tuna Steak recipe, please

I have a thick tuna steak to cook tonight. I'm thinking of searing on the small, but I'm unsure at what temp to sear. Also, any coatings or seasoning suggestions would be welcome. Also, also, any different methods of cooking other than a sear would be welcome. Thanks, Scott
