Kiawe Grilled Pork Chops

So I was perusing the internet looking at recipes and came across a Pork Chop recipe and thought 'I bet that would be good on the egg.'

So I made it!  I did the brine, then made the rub and put it on an hour before the cook.  The potatoes are Dizzy Pig Shakin the Tree in foil 350* for 1 hour.


These went on 350* direct for 10 minutes a side.  And done!
