Cook pizzas! Basically get it real hot and burn it all off.Large Big Green Egg in a nest. North Shore of Boston.

Just don't plan on having a gasket afterwards.
LBGE 2013, SBGE 2014, Mini 2015
Columbus IN -
Outside- soap and hot water with some elbow grease-inside-why bother? FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

If you want to save your gasket, carry it at 500 for a bit then ball up some aluminum foil and "scrub" the ceramics with it.

If you're talking about the inside, cook some pizzas. It will clean like a self cleaning oven. If you're talking about the outside, I use Simple Green.Flint, Michigan

Zero reason to do a clean burn for inside. Zero. It cooks and taste the same. Save your lump.
For outside as mentioned soap/water or Simple Green.Boom
