Chile Peppers for Chorizo Sausage for the Eggfest tomorrow.

A pan full of 20 Ancho and New Mexico Chile Peppers for the Chorizo I am making for the Texas Eggfest tomorrow. I boil them for 10 mins and let them cool. I wish you could smell them. I love cooking with chiles.
