for the inspiration... these were a huge hit last night.
I stuffed the jalapeños with a mixture of goat cheese and jack cheese:
Wrapped it all up with bacon:
Slathered them with Sticky Fingers Carolina Classic.
And cooked raised direct for 45 minutes at about 350F.
