Pulled Pork Pizza

Used my leftovers from my pork butt the other night and made a couple pies.

First was the pulled pork pizza: basil infused olive oil, sweet baby rays BBQ sauce, pork, cheese, sautéed onions, goat cheese, and purple onion. Excellent.

Second was just a typical pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Hard to beat, in my opinion.

    Oh I have pulled pork in the freezer and I am going to do this!  Thanks for posting!  I was trying to figure out what to pair with the pulled pork.

    I was tempted to put some pineapple on there as well, but it was full enough as is. I thought the goat cheese paired nicely.

    Like i said yesterday, i have to make the dough, and i did!  I have the pulled pork and the dough.  I need some other suggestions on toppings that go along with the pulled pork??   Thanks

    @Charlie tuna we do a mexican pulled pork pizza, salsa for sauce, pickled jalapenos, and mexican cheese give it a try.  Google neely's pulled pork pizza for other ideas.

    That looks really good, I will have to thaw out some pulled pork for my next pizza party!

    We kept it simple.  Sliced sweet onion,chopped red and yellow bell peppers over a very light coating of Sonny's Sweet.  Then pulled pork covered with mozzarela cheese.  Very good, will do this again, hey just another reason to cook pork butts!!

    Strong work! I think pulled pork is the "omni" meat... tastes darn good on any thing in any form - eggs, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, pizza, nachos, bao, curry, etc.

    There's, um, butt kebabs, butt creole, butt gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried. There's pineapple butt and lemon butt, coconut butt, pepper butt, butt soup, butt stew, butt salad, butt and potatoes, butt burger, butt sandwich... That's, that's about it.
