Hit Walmart in Poway at 10 Am today and found three 40 Lb. double packs of Royal Oak for $7.50 each! So I got them all. That's .18 per pound. Urgent thing is that they only had 8 or 9 ten Pound bags left in stock.

Kamado lump is two weeks away per their customer rep...

    If you need more lump, check out your nearest Smart and Final store. They sell 40 lb. bags of "Best of the West" lump for about 15 bucks. I believe there's a Smart and Final on Mira Mesa Blvd. and another one on Clairemont Mesa Blvd.

    There is indeed one and I'll check. After I posted this message, I sheepishly discovered I got briquetts! Not lump. Returned them next day and got 6 bags of Royal Oak.
