Country Style Pork Ribs

Had the day off of work yesterday so I decided to cook up some country style pork ribs. Gave them a good rub and let them rest overnight.  Set up my LBGE for indirect and cooked the ribs for about 3-4 hours at 275. Once they reached around 175 I put them in a pan with some sprite to finish cooking. They finished earlier than I planned, so I shut the egg down and it kept them warm till dinner.

The only problem I had is there wasn't much smoke flavor. I had some cherry chunks and pecan chips mixed in with my RO lump.
