Just some grilled chicken.

Started out with three chicken breasts pounded uniformly with a frying pan. Then I marinated them in McCormick grill mates mesquite marinade. Cooked them raised direct at 450 for about 8 minutes per side. Turned out great. Juicy and flavorful. Definitely my most successful chicken cook to date.

Excellent - put them on a nice kaiser/hamburger roll and you have a fantastic chicken burger, or serve them up as a classic entree - great cook! Thanks!

Just noted you OP'd this 10 days ago - I do not recall seeing it before!
