Griffin for sharing this recipe a little while back. It was really good! I used turkey sausage and skipped the seasonings, and used fresh seeded tomatoes.

The peaches were from the BGE cookbook and the taste was incredible! My wife and I both agreed we need to try it with apples and oats next time.

After working saturday and sunday and seeing all the great post of weekend cooks, it's nice to get back to my egg!
