What's everyone cooking for the weekend? I'm leaning towards, Turkey Breast, SC Chicken, or any type of Beef. Haven't decided.

    Venison steaks on friday for my steak friday. Then might put in a venison roast for the weekend.

    I currently have a tri tip marinating in the fridge. Probably cook that on Saturday.

    I'm off on Monday for the holiday, so I may try my first brisket then.  Depends on what I get done this weekend and the weather for Monday.

    I will be away from my egg from Friday morning until Monday night. Not sure what I'm going to do. My buddy loves to try to impress me with his "culinary prowess" but his very good recipes just don't make the cut in his cheap gasser. Are there any support groups I can find quickly if I need to? Perhaps I'll sneak away and follow my nose to a Toronto area Egghead and crash their cook.

    Have no idea... I am shooting an even Friday night and all day Saturday; so if I am still standing, Sunday will be my only chance to do any egging. I have two racks of baby backs and rack of beef ribs that I am thinking about doing then...

    Friday will be some chicken, SatPM/SunPM will be low and slowing some pulled pork to take down to see our new grandbaby (Oh Mommy and Daddy too).

    Wham bam thank you lamb for dinner tonight.  Doing a weekend get-away pub crawl with the valentine starting tomorrow morning, so will be eating out all weekend.  Burgers, dogs, fish and chips, loaded tater tots...and one of every kind of beer in Atlanta. 

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Trying to cook a store bought corned beef on the egg. I have done them in the oven before but this will be my first time on the egg. Fingers crossed. ;;)

    Gonna do a turbo butt during the day on Saturday than having a wing and pizza party that night. I can see a pulled pork pizza in my near future!!!

    First Pork Shoulder, have a few families headed out on Sat, looks like it will be a nice day, have some trees to buck up from the wind yesterday, so good day for a fire as well. Should be +3 C out.
