The last bunch of cooks have been either smoked, roasted, baked meals (pulled pork, Spatchcock chickens, pork loin).
I have not done a "Grilled" meal in a long time. Like a good steak, or even a good burger. Needs some ideas for a good basic grilled dinner.
Oh What to grill?

Any really good fresh sausage available to you? Get some good buns, brush them w. oil, and toast them as the sausage finishes. Top w. all kinds of veggies.
Or, considering recent posts about healthy eating, curried seitan kebabs, lightly brushed w EVOO.

Rob I know your looking for healthy too, try to find some ground Bison and make some Bison Burgers. Just remember they are really lean and if you cook them too much they will be really dry

You didn't say healthy. I've had luck with lean burgers (93/7). My trick was to slow them down, like 350 on a grill extender, and to handle them as little as possible, lightly forming them. Watch the temp and take them to just about 140-145*.

Was just thinking the same thing. Think I'll go with another Tri-Tip!

Wow - those pics got me hungry.
Healthy is the goal but I have been off the healthy wagon - not in the mood for that lately.
The steaks look good. Maybe I should break out the brand new meat grinder.

Burgers and sweet potato fries. Tri-Tip if you can find it (hard to find here in Oklahoma, but so good)Large & Small BGE, CGW Two-Tier Swing Rack for BOTH EGGS, Spider for the Wok, eggCARTen & and Cedar Pergola my Eggs call home in Edmond, OK.

Looks like rib-eyes and baked potatos on the Egg tongiht (if we can find good steaks this afternoon).
I would love a tri-tip but can not find it locally.

Postponed thanks to the rainy weather - forecast called for sunny but NOOOOOOOOOOO.
Plus snow a foot deep to get to the Egg.
Maybe this weekend if the weather holds out. Another storm is in the forecast though.
