OT...Fried Poke Chops

My most favorite thing on Earth. My wife is a close 2nd. ;)

For our pork chops, we like to first dredge them in flour seasoned with season salt. Then dipped in egg. Then dredged in panko to finish. Then fried up in a little bit of canola oil. It'll make you wanna smack your momma. ;) It helps to have thicker cut chops so they don't dry out. We had some rice and okra on the side tonight. I also like to have hot sauce close by on poke chop night. :)
