Making these for a party, have lots to do so using the little fryer and the mini. Both coming out fine notice the mini stays hotter and takes some more monitoring to stabilize

Going to finish with Franks and butter mix.

    Looks good, another reason to hang on to a gasser with a side burner. Love breaded deep fried wings.....

    Time for sauce..... crspiness not holding up despite oven keeping em warm, oh well.
