Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

Superbowl menu

1. Fowl chili
2. Kaluha wings
3. Pulled goose
4. Elk sausage
5. Stuffed mushrooms
6. Apple dumplings

All to be cooked on the BGE, any holes in my menu?
Whats on yours?

Yours looks good. Maybe a veggie tray to lighten everything up.

I'm doing BBQ, brisket, green beans, mac & cheese, guacamole, salsa, hummus, meat & cheese tray with chips and pitas. I might try to sneak in some ABT's. We are also celebrating my daughter's birthday so we will have some cake as well.

I'm excited to try several things this weekend for the game. First my bacon wrapped dill pickle bites soaked in maple syrup, Griffin's pig shots, Kristi's Jalapeno shrimp poppers and last of all Kristi's sweet and spicy sticky wings. Going to be fun. Hardest part is what beverage I'll have while cooking. I know I'll have a Romeo & Juliet going as well!
