We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Experiment in Progress.

I got a wild hair up me bum and decided to try turbo shoulder with a unique rub mixture. 

I usually just use EVOO as a base for my rub. This time I mixed equal parts molasses and toasted sesame oil and then sprinkled some Rufus Teague Spicy rub on there.  For some reason that combination just sounded awesome at the time.  We'll see how it turns out.
