Garlic Marinated Pork Roast

Two bone end pork roasts, well marinated in Dichickos Garlic.
Done indirect (using a Woo and stone) at 350 until the internal was 140.
Served with mixed grilled veggies.

About how long did you marinate in the Dichickos garlc...I've got a pork tenderloin and the Dichickos in the house and will give it a run. Looks great.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Marinated about 24 hours. That is generally our standard, with a few exceptions.
